Expands eligibility for wine and spirits auction permits under Pennsylvania's Liquor Code to include private academic schools licensed with the Department of Education and nonpublic, nonlicensed schools registered with the Department of Education

Permits allow eligible organizations to hold wine and spirits auctions for up to four consecutive or nonconsecutive days per calendar year at a fee of $30 per day

Updates the statutory citation for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations already eligible for the permits without changing their eligibility requirements

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
