Amends The Second Class Township Code to expand the authority of township boards of supervisors from maintaining only soldiers' monuments to maintaining, repairing, establishing, or contributing to any qualifying memorial

Expands the definition of "memorials" to include monuments, guns or carriages, memorials, and memorial halls honoring Pennsylvania National Guard members and U.S. armed forces personnel (including reserves)

Adds first responder memorials to covered categories, including those honoring firefighters, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, emergency vehicle drivers, and township police officers

Authorizes townships to receive money from persons or organizations for memorial purposes

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
