Requires all Pennsylvania school entities (school districts, charter schools, cyber charter schools, intermediate units) to provide "early human life development instruction" once to students in grades 9-12, beginning with the 2026-2027 school year

Mandates instruction include an ultrasound video at least 5 minutes long showing fetal development of brain, heart, sex organs, and vital organs at seven gestational intervals from 8 weeks through 37 weeks

Requires a computer-generated animated presentation showing fertilization and every stage of human development in the uterus, with markers for cell growth and organ development through birth

Instruction must include age-appropriate content on the effects of illegal drugs, narcotics, tobacco, and alcohol on pregnancy, including harm to the fetus and long-term health consequences

Amends the Public School Code of 1949 and takes effect immediately upon enactment
