Designates October 2025 as "Domestic Violence Awareness Month" in Pennsylvania

Recognizes that 37.1% of Pennsylvania women and 30.4% of Pennsylvania men experience intimate partner physical violence, sexual violence, or stalking in their lifetimes

Notes that more than 1,600 people have died from domestic-violence-related incidents in Pennsylvania over the last 10 years, and domestic violence programs serve nearly 90,000 victims annually

Highlights that more than 15 million children nationally are exposed to domestic violence each year, with 30-60% of intimate partner violence perpetrators also abusing children in the home

Directs copies of the resolution be transmitted to Laurel House in Norristown and Domestic Abuse Project in Media, Pennsylvania
