Denounces CCP transnational repression activities targeting Falun Dafa practitioners in the United States, including Pennsylvania residents, through harassment, defamation, digital intimidation, and media manipulation

Cites a February 2025 investigative report revealing leaked CCP documents showing coordinated campaigns to use U.S. media and legal mechanisms against Falun Dafa and Shen Yun Performing Arts

Urges the U.S. Congress and federal government to investigate and impose sanctions under the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act against responsible CCP officials and entities

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the President, Secretary of State, Pennsylvania's congressional delegation, and the Greater Philadelphia Falun Dafa Association
