Designates February 3, 2026, as "Four Chaplains Day" in Pennsylvania to honor four Army chaplains who died in the 1943 sinking of the USAT Dorchester

Commemorates Lieutenants George L. Fox (Methodist), Alexander D. Goode (Jewish), John P. Washington (Roman Catholic), and Clark V. Poling (Dutch Reformed), who gave up their life jackets to save others when a German torpedo struck the ship

The Dorchester was carrying more than 900 soldiers, merchant marines, and civilian support forces when it was torpedoed on February 3, 1943, with 100 men killed instantly

Congress authorized a posthumous Special Medal for Heroism presented to the chaplains' families on January 18, 1961, in addition to Purple Hearts and Distinguished Service Crosses

Recognizes the Four Chaplains Memorial Foundation in Philadelphia and an elementary school in York City School District named after Lieutenant Goode
