Directs the Joint State Government Commission to establish a Task Force on Child Protection in the Digital Age, chaired by the Attorney General, to review Pennsylvania laws addressing online risks to minors from AI, social media, algorithms, and digital manipulation.

Task force membership includes representatives from State Police, PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency, Office of Victim Advocate, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, district attorneys, law enforcement, rape crisis centers, children's advocacy centers, and medical professionals specializing in child abuse.

Requires comprehensive review of state statutes related to child sexual abuse material (18 Pa.C.S. § 6312), with focus on gaps created by advancing technology including artificial intelligence.

Initial report with findings and recommendations due by November 30, 2027, with subsequent reports required by November 30 of each odd-numbered year thereafter.

Reports must be published online and transmitted to the Governor, President pro tempore of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives.
