Notes that 59% of American adults have been impacted by gun violence in their lifetime, and 3 million children are affected annually

Cites that gun violence rose more than 20% in Pennsylvania over the past 10 years and costs the state economy $567 million annually

Highlights survivor needs including mental health services (two-thirds of survivors), crime victim legal assistance (nearly half), and financial assistance for medical expenses (40%)
