Acknowledges Irish-American contributions across literature, arts, industry, social reform, public safety, government, and military service dating back to the Revolutionary War

Expresses Senate support for full implementation of the Good Friday Agreement (Belfast Agreement) of April 10, 1998 to promote peace in Northern Ireland
