An Act Authorizing The City Of Pawtucket To Provide For Health, Safety And Fire Code-related Emergency Repairs, Renovations And Equipping Of Public School Buildings In The City Of Pawtucket And Authorizing The Financing, Thereof, Including The Issue Of Not More Than $5,000,000 Bonds, Notes And Other Evidences Of Indebtedness Therefor, Including, But Not Limited To, Any Bonds Or Notes Issued Pursuant To Financing Agreements With The Rhode Island Health And Educational Building Corporation, To Fund The Capital Improvement Program For The Two Fiscal Years 2013 And 2014
