Shortens the deadline for submitting nomination papers to local boards from 56 days to 54 days before the presidential preference primary

Reduces the deadline for delegate candidates to submit presidential candidate approval documentation to the secretary of state from 53 days to 50 days before the primary

Takes effect immediately upon passage
