Prohibits accessory dwelling units (ADUs) from being included in comprehensive permit applications for low- and moderate-income housing projects filed in the Town of Tiverton

Prevents comprehensive permit projects in Tiverton from adding ADUs after final approval has been granted

Defines "accessory dwelling unit" as a residential living unit on the same lot where the principal use is legally established as a single-family or multi-family dwelling unit

Applies specifically to municipalities that have already met the 10% threshold for low- and moderate-income housing and may offer density bonuses to developers

Takes effect immediately upon passage
