Requires the Auditor General to establish a performance audit schedule for all state agencies and quasi-public governmental agencies, effective January 1, 2027

Mandates the Auditor General to conduct performance audits of agencies in compliance with the established schedule

Requires annual reporting by January 1 to the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President of the Senate identifying any agency that fails to meet performance audit standards

Takes effect upon passage
