Requires the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to provide self-measured blood pressure monitoring services for pregnant and postpartum persons as medically necessary

Coverage includes validated home blood pressure monitors, patient training, transmission and interpretation of blood pressure data, and co-interventions such as educational materials, behavioral change management, and medication management

Services available to individuals eligible for RIte Start or medical assistance under Medicaid (Title XIX) or CHIP (Title XXI)

State funds will cover costs if federal financial participation is unavailable, with federal funding to be used to the maximum extent allowable
