Prohibits lawn care pesticides and rodenticides on grounds of public and private preschools, schools, and child care centers serving students in grade 12 or lower, effective July 1, 2027, with exceptions for emergencies and playing fields/playgrounds under an integrated pest management plan

Bans any pesticide or rodenticide containing the herbicide glyphosate in schools, preschools, and child care centers

Requires only licensed or certified commercial applicators to apply rodenticides at schools starting January 1, 2027, extending an existing requirement for pesticides

Mandates schools submit pesticide and rodenticide application reports to the Department of Education, including copies of parent notices, applicator information, and emergency applications

Creates a joint task force by July 1, 2027 to investigate health risks of PFAS (poly-fluoroalkyl substances) in artificial athletic fields at Rhode Island schools, with findings due by January 1, 2029
