Exempts the town of Tiverton from the state's standard inclusionary zoning density bonus requirements, allowing Tiverton to set its own density bonuses based on its underlying zoning regulations

Under current state law, municipalities must allow one additional market-rate unit for each required affordable unit in developments subject to inclusionary zoning

The exemption applies specifically to the density bonus provisions in Section 45-24-46.1 of Rhode Island General Laws governing inclusionary zoning ordinances
