Prohibits voting systems that allow voters to vote for more than one candidate, rank multiple candidates, or reallocate votes between candidates for the same office in all local, state, and federal elections including primaries

Voids any existing or future local ordinances that conflict with the ranked choice voting prohibition

Declares any election conducted using a prohibited voting system void, with no candidate elected under such a system

Preserves the ability of localities to hold at-large or multi-member district elections, provided voters have one vote per position with no vote transfers

Takes effect immediately upon passage
