Requires families eligible for Rhode Island Works Program cash assistance to be automatically enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) if they otherwise qualify

Amends Section 40-5.2-11 of the General Laws governing the Rhode Island Works Program

Cash assistance payment standards remain unchanged: $510 for first person ($445 if in subsidized housing), $191 for second person, $164 for third person, and $125 for each additional person

Takes effect immediately upon passage
