Directs the law revision director to produce a bill for the 2027 legislative session replacing the terms "elder" and "elderly person(s)" with "older adult(s)" and replacing "handicapped" and "disabled" (as applied to elderly persons) with "adult person(s) with disabilities" throughout the general laws, with exemptions for Title 42, certain chapters, and situations where changes would conflict with government documents, forms, funding applications, or contracts

Adds "older adult" as an equivalent defined term alongside "elderly person" and "elder" in the Office of Healthy Aging statute (Chapter 42-66), meaning any person aged 60 or older

Adds one representative of a statewide aging advocacy organization who is 60 years of age or older to the state planning council, and sets the Long-Term Care Coordinating Council's quorum at 12 members

Requires the Long-Term Care Coordinating Council to conduct and complete a review of its governing statute (Chapter 17.3 of Title 23) by March 31, 2027, and make recommendations to the House of Representatives for its amendment and reform

Allows state departments or agencies to elect to retain existing terminology by providing notice to the law revision director; the act takes effect upon passage
