Expands the advisory committee reviewing ACIP immunization recommendations to also consider evidence-based scientific guidance from the Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American Medical Association (AMA), and American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP)

Adds vaccination services to Rhode Island's Healthcare Provider Shield law, protecting providers who prescribe, administer, or dispense vaccines following state and professional organization recommendations from out-of-state hostile litigation

Defines "routine childhood and adult immunization vaccine recommendations" as those developed from evidence-based, medically sound scientific research by the Department of Health and recognized medical professional organizations

Extends legal protections already covering gender-affirming and reproductive healthcare services to include immunization activities, shielding providers and insurers from legal actions originating in other states

Takes effect immediately upon passage
