Extends Rhode Island's 100% renewable energy target deadline from 2033 to 2044, adding 11 years to the compliance timeline.

Shifts the escalating renewable energy percentage requirements to later years: the 6% increase moves from 2025 to 2036, 7% from 2026-2027 to 2037-2038, and subsequent increases follow the same 11-year delay pattern.

Maintains the existing renewable energy standard structure, including the cap of 2% from existing renewable resources and compliance through NE-GIS certificates or alternative compliance payments.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
