Allows disclosure of juvenile criminal records for NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System) firearm background checks until the individual turns 21 years old

Creates an exception to juvenile record confidentiality rules for determining whether an individual meets federal firearm disqualification criteria under 18 U.S.C. §922(g)

Amends existing law regarding police records of juveniles aged 17 and older whose cases fall under Family Court jurisdiction

Takes effect immediately upon passage
