Requires law enforcement agencies to electronically submit domestic violence/sexual assault reporting forms and corresponding police report narratives to the domestic violence training and monitoring unit within the administrative office of state courts

Adds two new required data fields to reporting forms: existence of any language barriers and felony enhancement notation

Mandates monthly submission of reports, with cases still under investigation or with unexecuted arrest warrants to be submitted as soon as practicable but no later than the end of the calendar year in which the incident occurred

Shifts oversight responsibility from "the court system" to specifically "the administrative office of state courts" for prescribing forms and processes for domestic violence data collection

Takes effect immediately upon passage
