Amends Rhode Island General Laws Section 28-35-58 governing workers' compensation reimbursement when a third party is liable for an employee's injury

Excludes from reimbursement any third-party recovery amounts for pain and suffering, loss of consortium, loss of society, loss of wages/earning capacity, or other damages not fully compensated by workers' compensation

Requires reimbursement amounts to be reduced by any percentage attributable to the employee's comparative negligence

Assigns disputes over apportionment of reimbursement amounts to the court having jurisdiction over the underlying third-party claim

Takes effect upon passage
