Expands Warwick Municipal Court's jurisdiction to include violations of zoning ordinances, historical area zoning, minimum housing standards, subdivision of land regulations, and state building codes (including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, energy conservation, and fuel/gas codes)

Removes the court's authority to impose jail sentences of up to 30 days; fines remain capped at $500 per violation

Grants the court equitable powers to restrain, enjoin, or abate violations; order repair, vacation, or demolition of non-compliant dwellings; and apply abandoned property provisions

Preserves the 5-day appeal window to superior court for a trial de novo on all matters within the court's expanded jurisdiction
