Creates an 11-member special House legislative commission to conduct a comprehensive study of Rhode Island's Condominium Act, which was passed in 1982 and has not been significantly updated in several decades.

Commission membership includes representatives from the Executive Office of Housing, RI League of Cities and Towns, RI Builders Association, lending institutions, insurance industry, condominium law attorneys, property management companies, and residential and commercial condominium owners.

Study will focus on identifying challenges within current condominium law and potential updates related to development requirements, governance, and management for both commercial and residential condominiums.

Commission must report findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by December 31, 2027, and will expire on March 15, 2028.

Members receive no compensation; all state departments and agencies must provide requested information to support the commission's work.
