Adds recipients of public assistance benefits (as defined in § 40-6-1) as individuals liable and qualified to serve as jurors in Rhode Island

Requires the Department of Human Services to forward names of all public assistance recipients to the jury commissioner on a yearly basis

Creates an exception to public assistance records confidentiality rules, authorizing the department director to share recipient names and addresses with the jury commissioner solely for compiling jury lists

Expands existing jury pool sources, which already include voter registration lists, licensed drivers, state ID holders, state income tax filers, and unemployment compensation recipients

Takes effect immediately upon passage
