Authorizes judicial officers to issue search warrants electronically for specific serious driving offenses: reckless driving resulting in death or serious bodily injury, and DUI resulting in death or serious bodily injury

Electronic warrants may only be issued during normal court hours on weekdays, except in cases of emergency or administrative order

Requires applicants to transmit complaints, affidavits, and search warrants electronically to the judicial officer, with oaths administered telephonically or via real-time electronic communication

Judicial officers must electronically sign all documents, record the date and time of issuance, and transmit signed documents back to the applicant

All warrants must be returned to district court within 14 days of issuance, along with supporting affidavits and inventory of seized property, whether executed or not
