Establishes a 19-member food-as-medicine task force within the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) to develop recommendations for a pilot program providing medically tailored meals and nutrition supports to individuals with diet-related chronic diseases

Task force membership includes state agency directors (EOHHS, Health, Human Services, Healthy Aging), the Health Insurance Commissioner, Medicaid representatives, healthcare insurers, hospital systems, academic researchers, dietitians, and four legislative members

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the governor and legislative leaders by December 31, 2026, with the first meeting required within 90 days of the act's passage

Authorizes EOHHS to seek federal approval through a Section 1115 Medicaid waiver to implement and fund the pilot program for eligible Medicaid beneficiaries with chronic, diet-related conditions

No state expenditures are required beyond those authorized through federal approval, existing appropriations, or future legislative action
