Requires Rhode Island Medicaid to provide coverage for fertility diagnostic care, fertility preservation services, and infertility treatment beginning January 1, 2027.

Mandates coverage for at least 3 cycles of ovulation-enhancing medication treatment and at least 6 cycles of intrauterine insemination, with IVF coverage available when medically indicated.

Covers fertility preservation storage until the individual reaches age 30 or for 5 years from cryopreservation, whichever is later.

Prohibits coverage limitations based on waiting periods, prior diagnoses, disability status, use of donor gametes, or discrimination based on age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

Requires the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to report to the legislature by January 1, 2027 on whether IVF qualifies as medically necessary under federal law and the funding needed for such coverage.
