Extends the deadline to December 31, 2026 for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Parent-Teacher Organization to file overdue annual reports spanning from 1983 through 2026

Organization was incorporated on November 4, 1983 and failed to file required reports under Chapter 6 of Title 7 of Rhode Island General Laws for 44 consecutive years

Requires the organization to pay all filing fees to the Secretary of State and a compromise penalty amount determined by the Attorney General to the General Treasurer

Vacates the forfeiture or revocation of the organization's charter upon completion of filing requirements and payment of all fees

Restores the organization to full corporate status with all privileges, benefits, powers, duties, and liabilities as if the charter had never been revoked
