Appropriates $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2027 to support green economy and clean energy bond initiatives, doubling the Governor's proposed $10,000,000 for energy efficiency infrastructure

Allocates $10,000,000 for utility-scale geothermal energy and battery storage projects to enhance grid reliability and resilience

Directs $7,000,000 to the Office of Energy Resources for residential programs: $2,000,000 for weatherization/efficiency improvements and $5,000,000 for distributed energy resources including rooftop solar and storage

Provides $2,000,000 to the Department of Transportation for statewide transit master plan and bicycle mobility plan implementation, plus $1,000,000 for solar installations on public school buildings

Requires the Office of Energy Resources to establish a contractor vetting process with criteria including proper licensing, compliance with prevailing wage laws, safety records, and commitment to apprenticeship utilization
