Expands Warwick Municipal Court jurisdiction to include violations of zoning ordinances, historical area zoning, minimum housing standards, subdivision of land regulations, and state building codes (including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy conservation, and fuel/gas codes)

Grants the court authority over violations of local Warwick ordinances and regulations enacted pursuant to these chapters

Removes the court's ability to sentence defendants to jail (previously up to 30 days); retains authority to impose fines up to $500 per violation

Maintains equitable powers for matters within the court's jurisdiction, including authority to order repairs, vacations, or demolitions of violating dwellings and to apply abandoned property provisions

Takes effect upon passage
