Amends the Producer Licensing Act to explicitly define any change in insurance producer compensation as a contract modification

Requires property and casualty insurance companies to provide at least 180 days written notice before implementing any contract modification, including compensation changes

Applies to insurance producers who have contracts with and place insurance with more than one property and casualty insurance company

Takes effect upon passage
