Expands eligible post-retirement employment at state colleges and universities to include positions beyond classroom instruction, academic advising, and coaching

Removes the restriction limiting reemployment to teaching-related roles, allowing retired state employees to work in any part-time capacity at state higher education institutions

Maintains the existing $25,000 annual gross pay cap for part-time post-retirement work at state colleges and universities

Allows retirees to work without forfeiture or reduction of retirement benefits, though no additional service credits are granted

Takes effect upon passage
