Expands expungement eligibility to individuals with multiple felony convictions, allowing them to file motions to expunge any or all felonies in the court where convictions occurred

Requires a 10-year waiting period from completion of the last sentence before filing for expungement of multiple felonies

Excludes crimes of violence from expungement eligibility, and bars multiple convictions under chapter 29 of title 12 (bail jumping/failure to appear offenses) from being expunged

Petitioners must demonstrate no arrests or convictions in the preceding 10 years, no pending criminal proceedings, and good moral character to qualify

Takes effect immediately upon passage
