Prohibits lawn care pesticides and rodenticides on grounds of public and private preschools, schools (grade 12 and below), and child care centers effective July 1, 2027, with exceptions for emergencies and playing fields/playgrounds under an approved integrated pest management plan

Bans any pesticide or rodenticide containing glyphosate at schools, preschools, and child care centers

Requires only licensed or certified commercial applicators to apply rodenticides at schools starting January 1, 2027, extending existing pesticide applicator requirements

Mandates schools submit pesticide/rodenticide application reports to the Department of Education, including copies of parental notices, and requires 24-hour advance notice to registered parents and staff before applications

Establishes two task forces: one by September 1, 2026 to address pest control education and practices (report due December 31, 2027), and another by July 1, 2027 to investigate PFAS health risks in artificial athletic fields (report due January 1, 2029)
