Expands "agricultural land" definition to include land where agricultural operations are conducted OR land suitable for agriculture operations, under farmer control, with a USDA Farm Tract/Farm Number

Adds new definition of "agricultural operations" covering horticulture, field crops, viticulture, floriculture, forestry, horse stabling, dairy farming, aquaculture, livestock raising (including fiber and furbearing animals), poultry, and bees

Redefines "farmer" as any natural person who owns or is a principal operator of a farm and engages in agricultural operations, removing previous requirements for IRS Form 1040F filing, state farm tax number, and $10,000 gross income over four years

Adds new definition of "farm" as a parcel of land with associated buildings, structures, machinery, equipment, and supplies used for agricultural operations

Takes effect upon passage
