Requires the Department of Health's advisory committee to review immunization recommendations from the Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American Medical Association (AMA), and American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) in addition to the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP)

Expands Rhode Island's Healthcare Provider Shield law to protect healthcare providers who prescribe, administer, or dispense vaccinations following evidence-based routine childhood and adult immunization recommendations from hostile litigation originating in other states

Adds vaccination services to the definition of "legally protected healthcare activity" alongside existing protections for gender-affirming healthcare and reproductive healthcare services

Creates a new statutory definition for "routine childhood and adult immunization vaccine recommendations" based on evidence-based, medically sound scientific research from the Department of Health and major medical professional organizations

Takes effect immediately upon passage
