Establishes a two-year pilot student cultural exchange program within the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, beginning with the 2027-2028 school year

Enables grade 12 students to travel to another state for a week-long stay with a host family to explore political, socioeconomic, and cultural differences between regions

Sets participation targets of at least 5 schools in year one (starting August 1, 2027) and up to 10 schools in year two (starting August 1, 2028), with priority on diversity of schools and districts

Creates a Cultural Exchange Program Fund, separate from the general fund, to be funded through categorical education aid transfers, appropriations, and private donations from 2026-2029

Program sunsets August 1, 2029, unless extended by the General Assembly; department must submit a report to legislative education committees by September 1, 2029
