Creates Chapter 7.2 under Rhode Island's Health and Safety laws, establishing a tick control program administered by the Department of Environmental Management to prevent and reduce tick-borne diseases

Authorizes the department to enter public lands (federal, state, municipal) to assess tick infestations, implement control measures including selective acaricide use and biological controls, and provide educational programs

Requires all control actions on public lands be performed in an environmentally responsible manner, only after obtaining required permits, and in coordination with public land owners or managers

Permits department entry onto private property only with written approval from property owners for tick surveys, research, habitat identification, and providing control recommendations

Mandates the department develop a statewide integrated pest management strategy for tick control on public lands and promulgate implementing rules and regulations
