Creates a 6-member Joint Committee of the Repealer with 3 senators and 3 representatives, with no more than 2 members from the same political party in each chamber

Authorizes the committee to collect repeal suggestions from citizens, businesses, and government agencies for statutes, regulations, and executive orders deemed not "business-friendly" or archaic and outdated

Empowers the committee to recommend and propose legislation to repeal statutes and regulations to the General Assembly, and to recommend executive order repeals to the governor

Committee expires December 31, 2032 unless extended by the General Assembly

Takes effect upon passage
