Roberts and Rocha, Inc., originally incorporated on April 1, 1988, may have its charter revocation vacated if it complies with specified requirements by December 31, 2026

The corporation must file all required corporation tax returns and pay all taxes due or owed to the state

A certificate signed by the tax administrator confirming tax compliance must be filed with the secretary of state

All required reports and fees owed to the secretary of state must also be filed and paid

Upon meeting all conditions, the corporation would be restored to full legal standing with all privileges, benefits, powers, duties, and liabilities as if the charter had never been revoked
