Prohibits selling, offering to sell, or giving away over-the-counter diet pills and dietary supplements for weight loss or muscle building to anyone under 18 years of age

Requires retail establishments to store covered products behind counters or in locked cases, not directly accessible to customers, and to request valid ID when age cannot be reasonably determined

Online and delivery sellers must verify purchaser age through government-sourced databases, collect full name, birth date, and address, and require adult signature with photo ID upon delivery

Attorney General may seek injunctions to stop violations with as little as 5 days notice, and courts may impose civil penalties up to $1,000 per violation

Covered products include those containing steroids, creatine, green tea extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia cambogia, or green coffee bean extract, or marketed for weight loss or muscle building purposes
