Requires the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to provide self-measured blood pressure monitoring services for pregnant and postpartum persons enrolled in RIte Start or Medicaid as medically necessary

Coverage includes validated home blood pressure monitors, patient training, blood pressure data transmission and interpretation, and co-interventions such as educational materials, behavioral change management, and medication management

State funds must be used if federal financial participation is unavailable, with federal funds to be maximized when possible

Services are available to persons eligible under Title XIX (Medicaid) or Title XXI (CHIP) of the Social Security Act

Takes effect upon passage
