Extends the validity period for approved asbestos abatement plans from 6 months to 12 months before expiration

Shifts publication of licensed asbestos contractor lists from annual newspaper publication to the Department of Health's website

Transfers radon mitigation notification responsibility from building owners to licensed radon mitigation contractors for public and high priority buildings

Clarifies that radon testing/mitigation exemptions apply to individuals who own and occupy (rather than own or lease) their private residence
