Expands Rhode Island's Fair Employment Practices law to cover domestic workers (housekeepers, nannies, caregivers, etc.) by removing the exclusion for individuals "employed in the domestic service of any person"

Domestic workers would gain protection against workplace discrimination based on race, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, and other protected characteristics

The exclusion for individuals employed by their parents, spouse, or child remains in place

Applies to employers with 4 or more employees, including the state and political subdivisions

Takes effect immediately upon passage
