Amends the Rhode Island Judicial Security Act to allow protected individuals (judges, justices, and magistrates) to use an authorized agent to file written requests for personal information protection with government agencies

Requires agents to submit a notarized affidavit signed by the protected individual confirming their authorization to act on that person's behalf

Mandates state, county, and municipal agencies remove protected individuals' personal information from publicly available content within 72 hours of receiving a valid request

Requires data aggregators, businesses, and associations to remove personal information within 10 business days and prohibits future transfers of such information to third parties

Provides protected individuals and immediate family members a private right of action for violations, with courts authorized to award injunctive relief plus costs and attorneys' fees
