Law enforcement agencies must electronically submit domestic violence/sexual assault reporting forms and corresponding police report narratives to the domestic violence training and monitoring unit monthly

Forms for cases still under investigation or with unexecuted arrest warrants must be submitted as soon as practicable, but no later than the end of the calendar year in which the incident occurred

Adds a new required data field to reporting forms: existence of any language barriers

Renames the reporting form from "sexual assault report (DV/SA-1)" to "domestic violence/sexual assault reporting form" and clarifies terminology throughout the statute

Takes effect upon passage
