Amends the Rhode Island Judicial Security Act to remove the prohibition on government agencies publicly posting or displaying personal information of protected judicial officials and their immediate family members after the 72-hour removal period

Protected individuals include current, retired, and recalled justices, judges, and magistrates of Rhode Island courts and federal courts (Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal, District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts) who reside in Rhode Island

Retains the requirement that state, county, and municipal agencies must remove personal information within 72 hours of receiving a written confidentiality request from a protected individual

Personal information covered includes Social Security numbers, residence addresses, home and mobile phone numbers, and personal email addresses of protected individuals and immediate family members

Takes effect upon passage
